The 3 star Hotel La Plaza II is situated close to the Marina and the beach in Luanco in Asturias. This beautifully designed hotel was once the home of the Gonzalez Blanc brothers who are well known authors linked to the village. The La Plaza is 22km from the airport, 40km from Oviedo and 15km from Gijon.
It is a new contemporary hotel which opened in 2004 with wood and glass featuring heavily in its design. The hotel has just 14 rooms which are well equipped with every modern amenity to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Just 20 metres from the hotel is the Restaurante Robus which is run by the Hotel la Plaza and serves excellent fresh fish and sea food and typical local dishes.
